In that time I have built up an excellent understanding of client requirements and a proven track record of delivering excellent Business Analytics and FPM Solutions that are reliable, scalable and deliver results. I also have a great deal of experience providing and managing an excellent customer service function in the Cognos arena. I also specialise in the system specification and design of integrated BI, Planning, Controller and TM1 environments and offer advice to other IBM Partners on the best practice approach to implementation. I am also a regular contributor to various IBM Cognos related forums and posting information on my blog to assist others who might be facing the same challenges.
